This release 

- includes the QSL_Msg item when exporting a tab-delimited file (tnx to Bill NJ1H)

- restores Malyj Vysotski Island to the Realtime Award Tracking window's Marathon tab for 2012 (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- correctly computes WAZ award progress for a QSO with partial DXCC credit, where QSL Rcvd set to 'E', 'B', or 'M' (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- if the Main window's "Import QSOs" panel's "Deduce missing items from the entity, primary subdivisions, and DXCC database" or "Query callbook and DXCC database for missing items" options are enabled and a QSO imported from a file or another application doesn't specify a Region item, deduces and imports the Region item if possible  (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- preserves the "Export QSOs" tab's "export callsigns with leading !" setting between operating sessions (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when importing QSOs with "Duplicate Checking" enabled, considers QSOs whose callsigns begin with ! (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when requesting confirmation for deleting a single QSO, display the callsign of the QSO in question (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- updates the Export.htm, index.htm, Progress.htm, and Scripts.htm documentation file
