This release

- correctly updates the RX and TX frequencies provided to other DXLab applications when "Dual Receive" is changed from enabled to disabled (tnx to Rick WD8JJA)

- correctly sets the keyer speed of an Icom 7600 or 7700 in response to a command from another application like WinWarbler (tnx to Jay W5JAY)

- correctly displays the K3's submode in the Main window's Capture panel when VFO B is changed  (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- if the primary transceiver supports CW transmission and its mode is CW or CW-R, displays the CW keyer speed in the Main window's Mode panel caption (tnx to Steve  K2FW and Jay W5JAY)

- improves tracking when using the mousewheel to adjust Alt VFO frequency of a Kenwood, FlexRadio, or Elecraft K3 (tnx to Iain N6ML)
