This release

- when the user changes bands via the radio's front panel, appropriately updates the bandspread so that its spots won't be cleared when the user next clicks in the bandspread (tnx to Rich W3ZJ, Andy DL1AKP, and Juergen DL8LE)

- provides an improved K3 S-meter file (tnx to Joe W4TV)
