This release

- doesn't begin verifying CI-V command acceptance on Icom and TenTec Omni VI transceivers until initialization is complete (tnx to John K1ESE)

- prevents Bandspread spots from disappearing when Commander is directed to QSY with an Icom or TenTec Omni VI transceiver with continuous freq and mode interrogation disabled (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- suppresses Omni VII S-meter updates when transmitting (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- supports the OmniVII PTT and split functions (tnx to Art W2NRA and John KI4JPL)

- provides the option to not display the UTC time, radio frequency, and radio mode in the Main window Title Bar to work around the Vista File Manager defect (tnx to John K1ESE)

- updates the Configuration.htm online documentation file


Support for the Omni VII PTT and split functions requires version 1.016 of the Omni VII firmware or later.
