- correctly sets the TenTec Argo's VFO B mode when a split DX spot in SpotCollector is activated (tnx to Buck K4IA)

- improves FT-920 support (tnx to David A92GE)

*** provides an A=B button

- improves FT-2000 and FTDX-9000 support (tnx to Ken WB1DX and Joe W4TV)
*** works around the FT-2000 CAT command defect
*** provides CW-R, RTTY-R, PKT, and PKT-R capabilities

- provides the ability to specify the Digital Mode Application to which frequency and mode information is sent when a DX spot on the Bandspread window is activated; this defaults to WinWarbler (tnx to Patrick F6CTE)

- when a bandspread DX spot is activated and its mode is not recognized, assume the mode is digital and send it to the Digital Mode Application (tnx to Patrick F6CTE)

- updates the Configuration.htm online documentation file

The ability to serve as a Digital Mode Application for both Commander and SpotCollector will be provided in a forthcoming release of MultiPSK.
