This release

- doesn't announce the starting of an application that is not enabled (tnx to Paulo CT2IVH )

- in the Configuration window's "DXLab Apps" tab, responds to a double-click of an Installed or Available version number by displaying the Release Notes for that version (tnx to Lou AC0X)

- in the Databases window, dresponds to a double-click of an Installed or Available DXCC database version number by displaying the Change Notes for that version (tnx to Lou AC0X)

- updates the Configuration.htm and InstallUpgrade.htm documentation files
