This release 

- if the specified local file is not present, informs the user rather than generate an errorlog.txt file entry

- tolerates and reports an invalid program path retrieved from the Windows Registry

- changes the default installation folder for new installations to c:\dxlab\ (tnx to Rich W3ZJ, Chuck WA3CEJ, and Iain N6ML)

- when installing an application whose Program Path is not specified on the Config window, proposes a Program Path determined from the Launcher's Program Path (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- replaces the "check for New on startup" option with "check for New each day (tnx to Michael AA5SH and Arve SM6FFG)

- updates the Configuration.htm and InstallUpgrade.htm documentation files
